Refund policy
Please note that we will only be offering click and collect services for the remainder of 2022. You can place your order via our online store and select your pick-up location from one of our 5 live event locations. Your order will be prepared beforehand and be waiting for you at the collection tent on event day. Please bring with a proof of payment or order confirmation, as well as a proof of ID.
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means that you have 30 days after placing your order to cancel the order and request a refund. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Please note that once items have been collected on event day, you will not be able to return the goods for a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be allowed at the event that you have selected as your click and collect location. If you arrive at the collection tent on event day and see the product that you have ordered is the wrong size, you are welcome to exchange this on site. Please note that this will be limited to the stock that we have on hand at the event, and that no exchanges will be allowed after event day.
